Registration is now open for the third annual Anthroposophy Southeast Retreat the weekend of September 21-23, 2018 (Friday evening through Sunday morning). It will be held at spacious BirdsNest Retreat Center in Blairsville, Georgia, t
he home of biodynamic agriculture leaders Hugh Lovel and Shabari Bird, in the foothills of the Appalachians two hours north of Atlanta.

The theme of the retreat will be meeting resistance, how to work with and overcome the three hindrances to growth in anthroposophy – doubt, fear and hatred/apathy through cultivation of faith, hope and love. The theme will be worked with in an exciting way, through working group facilitated sessions on the topics rather than traditional presentations, and will be supported by singing, movement, nutrition and Goethean conversation. As always there will be ample time for individuals, groups and branches to share and connect as we move forward together as a region.

The cost is $150 per person including 2 nights shared accommodation and 5 homemade vegetarian meals. There are also camping and work trade opportunities to accommodate everyone who wants to participate.

If you have any questions, please email anthroposophysoutheast@gmail.com.
